WPO Aix-les-Bains 2026: 17 Warriors Head into Day 3 of the Main Event!

Timothée D’Anfray will enter Day 3 as the chip leader with 21,725,000 chips. Sixteen contenders will be chasing him — and the €150,000 first-place prize.

They started Day 2 as a field of 475. Only 17 remain in the hunt for the crown. After a long day at the Casino Grand Cercle, the WPO Aix-les-Bains Main Event has its Day 3 lineup. Leading the way is Timothée D’Anfray with 21,725,000 chips. The sixteen players behind him will all be looking to take his lead away.

The tournament attracted 2,873 entries and generated a €1,185,974 prize pool. All 17 survivors are now guaranteed €6,300, but their eyes are on the €150,000 first-place prize. (Pictured above: chip leader Timothée D’Anfray.)

D’Anfray will have to keep a close eye on Benjamin Goudard (19,400,000) and Mathieu Pontin (17,025,000). Lucas Archeny (13,825,000) and Aymane Mamoun (12,750,000) round out the top five. Table 3 promises an immediate showdown, with D’Anfray seated alongside Pontin and Mamoun.

The last players to fall

They made it to the final four tables but fell short of Day 3. Azzedine Khairani finished 24th for €4,000. Nassim Rais (23rd), Alexandre Luscher (22nd), Alban Romanier (21st) and Matthieu Rigolot (20th) each collected €5,000.

The day ended with the eliminations of Loris Corbelli (19th) and Pierre Labitte (18th), who also earned €5,000 apiece. Their departures left 17 players in the field. Here is where they will be seated when play resumes.

Every elimination will now bring another pay jump. Anyone who reaches the podium will earn at least €74,000, while the champion will take home €150,000.

D’Anfray will start in front. But with 17 players remaining, the crown is still up for grabs.
