It is in the City of Light that the EPT will set the hearts of grinders from across the globe racing, starting on February 18, 2026!

After igniting the capital in 2024, the European Poker Tour returns for a new edition that promises to be nothing short of spectacular. A rendezvous that transcends the calendar, a festival that restores the Palais des Congrès to its status as a temple of poker — EPT 2026 will open its doors to grinders from across the globe!

Paris, the poker capital for 12 days of passion

From 18 February to 1 March 2026, the Palais des Congrès will thrum to the rhythm of cards, chips, and spectacular plays. Recreational players and the biggest names on tour will converge on Paris for 12 days of competition where the thrill is felt both at and away from the tables.

The schedule already reads like a dream: the PokerStars Open Main Event, the Women’s Event, the High Roller, and of course the prestigious EPT Main Event, the crown jewel. Around them, a multitude of side events will offer everyone the chance to shine, from weekend enthusiasts to seasoned grinders.

In 2024, more than 16,000 entries were recorded, including 1,747 for the Main Event alone, generating a record prize pool of €8.3 million. Britain’s Barny Boatman lifted the trophy and collected a cheque for €1.2 million. Once again this year, all eyes will be on the Parisian tables to see who writes the next chapter of history.

For Cédric Billot, Associate Director of Live Events at PokerStars, returning to the capital is a no-brainer:
« Paris is one of players’ favorite stops. The atmosphere is unique, the venue ideally located, and the city is full of incredible experiences. We can’t wait to welcome players again. »

Clément Martin Saint Léon, Managing Director of Gaming at Groupe Barrière, shares the excitement:
« It is always an honor to co-organize what is simply the biggest poker festival in France. This edition will be grand, with fervor amplified by the long-awaited return of the players. »

EPT Paris is part of an already stacked 2026 season:

PokerStars Open Campione (23 January – 1 February): season opener on the shores of Lake Lugano with a guaranteed prize pool of €1 million.

Irish Poker Open (26 March – 6 April): Europe’s oldest poker tournament returns with its legendary atmosphere.

EPT Monte Carlo (30 April – 10 May): glamour and high stakes on the Mediterranean.

PokerStars Open Namur (27 May – 7 June): Belgium’s biggest festival, now a must-visit summer destination for Europe.

Paris is already getting ready. The felt is brushed, the chips are counted, the dealers are set. Next February, the French capital won’t just be the city of love… it will be the city where poker reigns supreme.
