Doug Polk's Upswing Poker platform now belongs to ClubWPT Gold !

On Friday, Doug Polk announced the sale of his Upswing platform to ClubWPT Gold.

Doug Polk recently announced the sale of his platform Upswing Poker to the giant ClubWPT Gold! Founded in 2015 with his partners Ryan Fee and Matt Colletta, the Upswing coaching platform is now under new ownership. Sold for an undisclosed amount, Doug Polk and ClubWPT Gold reportedly reached an agreement quickly.

After organizing a $100,000 challenge on the Upswing platform, Polk officially signed on as an ambassador for ClubWPT Gold on April 1st of this year. As part of this collaboration, Doug Polk explained that the acquisition of his platform by the American giant had become a natural next step.

It’s worth noting that the user experience on Upswing will remain unchanged, and the platform will continue to operate as usual. Doug Polk will continue to oversee the company's marketing, while offering high-level coaching through players/coaches such as Nick Petrangelo and Dylan Weisman.

Players already registered on the platform, as well as newcomers, will enjoy additional benefits in the form of sweeps coins from ClubWPT Gold.
