Whether it's our Tricolores, our Belgian cousins or the world's stars, things aren't looking too good in Sin City this year !

Event #37: $1,500 MONSTER STACK

American player David Uvaydov has every reason to smile, as he leads the MONSTER STACK with just seven players remaining in this event, one of the biggest successes of the 2025 WSOP so far.

From an initial field of 9,920 grinders, only seven still have a shot at the $1,204,457 top prize and the coveted World Champion bracelet. Unfortunately, the last French contenders have bowed out and won't be among those returning for the final showdown.

Rémy Murcia (16th for $63,565), Jules Rohr (37th for $33,947), and Jean Blanc (53rd for $27,934) were the final French players left standing. Their run ends here, and the Marseillaise won’t be heard this time—but their fight continues.

It’s worth noting that reigning WSOP Champion Dylan Linde is still in the mix with 7 left. A Mixed Games expert with years of elite experience, he’s undoubtedly going to be a major threat at the final table.

Event #46: $250,000 Super High Roller

Thomas Boivin, for the second time in a week, came close but fell short of capturing his first WSOP bracelet. Still, his performance was once again exceptional, claiming third place and a career-best payday of $2,057,430. The Belgian star is stringing together XXL results at a staggering pace.

Long considered one of the best players without a bracelet, Seth Davies finally broke the curse. With a swift heads-up victory over Alex Foxen, he captured the title in the prestigious Event #46: $250,000 buy-in.

Facing a field of 63 entrants and a staggering prize pool of over $15 million, Davies secured a life-changing $4.75 million payout—the biggest score of his career. This triumph officially cements his place among the game’s living legends.

A long-awaited crowning moment that validates his elite status on the global poker stage.
