Is it finally time for poker legend Viktor Blom, the Swedish high-stakes crusher for many years, to claim his first World Series of Poker title and historic WSOP bracelet? With five players left and a field full of poker giants, this could be a monumental win.

Will the Blom vs. Negreanu clash be the grand finale of this boss-level competition?

Negreanu isn’t afraid of Blom — he’s chasing an eighth WSOP bracelet!

Day 3 of Event #9 at the 2025 WSOP, the prestigious $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship, ended with five players remaining. Leading the pack is Viktor Blom, known online as "Isildur1", holding a strong chip lead. Daniel Negreanu, already a seven-time WSOP champion, is still in contention, aiming for number eight.

Tension built quickly at the final table with the early elimination of Ben Lamb, who lost to Maxx Coleman’s quads. Blom then dominated the table, busting Daniel Spear and Micah Brooks, and finishing the day by eliminating Maxx Coleman with a rivered flush.

The showdown between Blom and Negreanu promises fireworks. Two generations of poker legends are about to battle for the title. Play resumes at 2:00 p.m. local time (11:00 p.m. Paris time), with live coverage starting at 3:00 p.m. (Midnight Paris time) on PokerGo. Everything is set for an epic final where poker history may be written.
