Triton Series: Another victory for Alex Foxen!

The American adds a new title to his list of achievements and $755,000

The day before, it was his wife, Kristen, who shone by finishing fourth in a first tournament in which women were in the spotlight. Today, Alex Foxen took charge of the couple's affairs by claiming victory in Event #2, the 25K NLH 8-Handed, of the Triton Series Montenegro, contested by 130 entrants. The American claimed his third title of the series after a final table that began as chip leader and ended as winner despite Artur Martirosian's strong resistance heads-up.

As is often the case in Triton tournaments, the list of winners is impressive, as behind the Foxen-Martirosian duo, Nacho Barbero took third place, ahead of current world number one Jesse Lonis. Between him, Foxen (third and even second on the Live Poker app), and Martirosian, who is in fourth place, the battle promises to be fierce. We'll conclude with Arthur Conan's 23rd place, who earned $38,000 after breaking the bubble...
