Nacho Barbero and ACR in turmoil over allegations of illicit practices

The release of a screenshot showing GTO Wizard software in the middle of Argentinian tables sparked controversy...
This is clearly a monumental blunder! Nacho Barbero indeed shared on X an image of one of his sessions on ACR Poker, his sponsor, indicating that he was playing the Venom, an iconic tournament of the operator. The problem was that among the tournament tables clearly appeared a GTO Wizard RTA software table, a real-time assistance software banned on most online poker sites, including ACR Poker!

The Argentinian immediately responded to the criticism that did not fail to emerge after the release of this image, which was also clumsy and incomprehensible, by indicating that he did not use this table for his personal tournaments but to coach other players with whom he had exchanged a Discord call. An excuse that did not convince anyone, except perhaps the ACR Poker management, who declared that knowing the Argentinian's style, which is very far from GTO play, it seemed obvious to them that he could not have transgressed the rules and that they had total confidence in him. A blunder that ACR Poker would have been better off avoiding, a site that already has some issues, even if the illegal use of RTA software by many players is unfortunately a reality in the world of poker.
