The Canadian wins the 10K$ PokerGO Tour Kickoff final for the second consecutive year

Already victorious in 2024, the talented wife of Alex Foxen has once again won the \$10,100 Finale trophy of the PokerGO Kickoff Series after dominating a field of 93 players, including many top international poker players. Kristen Foxen won after a deal with the excellent Joao Simao, the two opponents agreeing to split the remaining money in play equally, \$197,625 each, before engaging in a true duel for the honor of adding their names to the event's leaderboard.

It is commendable and not surprising for the player to want to preserve a trophy. Kristen Foxen is likely to be inducted into the Women Poker Hall of Fame soon. She is now approaching \$10 million in live tournament winnings, just a few steps away from Vanessa Selbst's \$11.9 million on the All Time Money List for women.
